An experienced teacher who is willing to observe the needs and strength of students and provide supports accordingly.
Advert description
With years of teaching experience with students in both primary and secondary schools, I believe the key of successful education lies in the student's interest in the knowledge of the subject and a pressure-free learning environment. Communication with both students and parents are essential, such that students can be psychologically supported and prepared for the challenges and joy on his/her academic voyage.
