English and Business studies from college to university level

Expertise is in customer insight research and analysis, business relations, strategic thinking and planning, problem-solving, business relationship management, communication and negotiation and team leadership. As a business lecturer, I design strategic recommendations based on primary research findings and analysis. I use both quantitative and qualitative methods approaches for data collection and findings and help the business achieve business performance and growth goals. Lately, successfully completed Advance HE Programme’ in Higher Education. [Fellowship in Higher Education Association, FHEA]. Moving forward and enhancing high-level capability currently in pursuit for joining the doctorate in education (EdD).
