Yoga lessons for a healthy mind and flexible body

I was her student for 5 months. She taught me yoga very well. I felt like she has great knowledge about each asanas, its benefits, indications, contra indications. She clearly describe all these before making us practise asanas. She is one of the good tutors I got in my life.

She is a very good teacher and I feel very comfortable with her. She is a very dedicated and passionate yoga teacher. She made the yoga class like a recreational centre for us. Her friendly and supportive behaviour made us to continue our yoga training under her.
