Patient & Supportive Primary Maths Tutor

I specialise in helping primary school children build confidence in Maths (KS1 and KS2). My teaching style is calm, patient, and encouraging — ideal for younger learners who need clear explanations, structured guidance, and a tutor who understands how to make learning feel positive rather than overwhelming. With a strong academic background in Biomedical Science (BSc from St George’s Hospital Medical School and MSc Distinction from Middlesex University), I bring deep subject knowledge and a clear, methodical approach to teaching. Parents often tell me their children feel more relaxed, more motivated, and more capable after working with me. I take time to understand each child’s personality and learning style, then tailor lessons to help them progress at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable. Teaching Style Warm, patient, structured, and confidence‑building. I break topics down into simple steps, use clear explanations, and create a supportive environment where children feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. My lessons are organised and tailored to each child’s pace, helping even hesitant learners feel capable and motivated.
