I am outgoing and talkative and my lessons are aimed towards those striving for academic excellence and growth.
Advert description
I would first establish where my student stands when it comes to their English skills. I would provide a formative assessment and using the results from that, formulate a teaching plan, focusing on their weak spots. In addition to that, I will periodically have quizzes to see the progress and to confirm whether or not my teaching method is working and if I need to rethink it.
