I am a fully qualified life coach and SEMH teacher of the Arts, mindfulness and personal growth. I have worked with many young people with complex mental health needs including, ADD and ADHD. I help people to carve out a clear direction of how they want to be living their best life. Maybe you are someone who feels overwhelmed by the amount of work you have and struggle with how to organise effectively. Perhaps you are struggling with fitting in and perhaps even feel isolated. Maybe you are someone who self-doubts and never thinks they are good enough. Maybe you lack confidence or struggle with work, life, balance. Whatever your struggle I can help you. My coaching style consists of powerful communication and thought-provoking questioning. I use a range of techniques including NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) so you can really explore your inner thoughts, feelings and experiences. You’ll gain clarity of where you are now in your life, and you’ll learn how to establish clear visions of where you want to be and how to achieve this. I help people of all ages to live their happiest, healthiest and most fulfilled life.
