Sport tutor specialising in football and the psychology of team and solo sports

I am a third year student studying Sport Psychology. I currently referee futsal and football for youth and adult games, and coach the youth teams whilst I do so. I specialise in football and have played football my whole life, and played at county level for 4 years before moving to pursue my education to better my understanding of the psychology of sport, which I implement into my coaching. I love to get hands on and close to the action, and love to see progress. I follow basketball and rugby, and also have experience in mentoring solo athletes in their chosen sport, to increase their resilience and self belief. My main focus is in the psychology of a positive performance, and acquisition of new and difficult skills. I hope to spread positivity, promote healthy relationships between people and their sports and selves, and to improve performance at every level.
