Helping people to make their next step the right step

After many years working in the Corporate sector as a consultant, trainer and coach, I now work with individuals to help them discover their potential. I use traditional coaching and mentoring methods, but I also share tools and tips and teach frameworks, such as Agile and Design Thinking that can be used in your daily life. I'm also a visiting lecturer at the University of Kent Business School (KBS) delivering modules to their MBA course on design, agile and leadership. I am a Certified Coach, Team Facilitator and Coaching Trainer, accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (IC Agile) and a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and abide by their Code of Ethics.
