English tutor with a TESOL certification and a Bachelors degree in English Linguistics and Literature

I've a Bachelors degree in English Linguistics and Literature and a TESOL certification which have provided me necessary skills to teach students of different age groups. My teaching method is distinguished by its interactive and engaging approach, which is intended to encourage students' active engagement and critical thinking. To keep students fully engaged in the learning process, I use a variety of cutting-edge tactics like group discussions, debates, hands-on exercises, multimedia presentations, and interactive games. I create a dynamic learning atmosphere in the classroom where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and asking questions by using real-world examples and promoting free discussion. I use a variety of assessment types to accurately assess and evaluate students. Quizzes, surveys, and other in-class activities are frequently used as formative assessments to evaluate student learning and pinpoint areas that need more attention. Additionally, project-based evaluations enable students to showcase their knowledge and abilities in unique ways, encouraging deeper learning. Formative assessments, in which students demonstrate their skills in real-world situations, may be utilized in addition to regular exams as summative assessments. I can properly analyze students' development holistically and modify my teaching approaches to best suit each student's needs by using this variety of evaluation techniques.
