Tutor for all ages with UK and overseaas teaching experience

Hello, I'm Sarah Moreton, an experienced private tutor with a passion for teaching and helping students reach their academic goals. With a strong educational background and a decade of tutoring experience, I have developed a deep understanding of various learning styles and effective teaching strategies. I hold a PGCE Teaching Degree in Education, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in pedagogy and instructional design. Additionally, I have taught in the UAE for five years and have a deep understanding of teaching children with English as an additional language. My tutoring journey has enabled me to work with students of all ages and skill levels. In my tutoring sessions, I prioritise creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe that every student has unique strengths and areas for improvement, so I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. By identifying each student's learning style and preferences, I develop personalised lesson plans that foster comprehension and confidence. My teaching philosophy revolves around promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I strive to make complex concepts more accessible by breaking them down into manageable parts and providing real-life examples that relate to the student's interests. I also emphasize the development of effective study habits and time management techniques, empowering students to become independent learners. Whether a student is struggling with a specific math concept, aiming for higher grades, or preparing for important exams, I am dedicated to helping them succeed. Through my patient guidance, clear explanations, and continuous support, I aim to instill a love for learning and empower students to reach their full potential. If you're looking for a private tutor who is knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to your success, I'm here to assist you on your educational journey. Let's work together to overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve academic excellence.
