Advert description
Learners have certain needs, which we must respond to in order to ensure progress in a friendly environment.
First, we listen, establish their areas that need improvement. Then we formulate a negotiated programme with (bite-size) stages and goals along the way, collaborating with other teachers and people involved in the process.
Everyone celebrates every success!
