Advert description
I have experience teaching in person and online. I am an approachable, honest and friendly person who students feel relaxed with. Each student should be treated as an individual with individual needs, and lessons will be planned for accordingly. I make creative lesson plans and schemes of work with lots of variety to keep students engaged. I am conscious of students personalities and will not put anyone on the spot of they are not ready. I believe in nuturing a person and raising their self esteem. I am firm and fair with disruptive students and feel one to one tutorials are beneficial to all in understanding a students learning and progress and how they best learn. Praise and celebrating achievements is also a must with adults and children.
