I show how to cook Traditional Indian dishes, mostly from the Northern part of India.
I have over 40 years experience of cooking Indian dishes, and i use recipes handed down by generations of my own family. My mum is my main inspiration and i will pass on what I've learnt to my students.
I have undertaken both Food Hygiene and First Aid certificates at Level 2, online. I offer all my demonstrations online so they are accessible to all students, worldwide.
