I am delighted to share my experience with Rachel, who has been tutoring my son Josh in English for the past few months . Rachel's dedication, expertise, and kindness have made an incredible difference in Josh's academic journey and confidence. Rachel's approach to teaching is both professional and nurturing. From the outset, she took the time to assess Josh's strengths and areas for improvement, creating a personalised learning plan tailored to his needs. Rachel's patience and encouragement have been particularly valuable. She always provides constructive feedback and celebrates Josh's progress, no matter how small. Highly recommend Rachel for both English language and English literature GCSE.

Rachel’s voluntary work helped me more than my teachers at school. She has a nack for explaining complicated things in a simple way. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a tutor, I wouldn’t have passed without her!

It was a really fun and engaging lesson, and Rachel is a really nice person who has lots of patience. I often feel stupid sometimes in lessons at school but Rachel didn't make me feel like that.

At the beginning of the year my daughter struggled greatly with specific areas of her English GCSE course, things such as Shakespeare often left her confused. However, Rachel guided my daughter gracefully from the beginning to the end of her tutoring sessions. I can firmly say it paid off! I will also add, that Rachel is a lovely person who remains calm and understanding, creating a peaceful environment for my daughter to learn at thrive as a student!

When I first started using Rachel as a tutor, I was targeted at a 4 in both English Literature and Language, with her help I am now in the top set with a prediction of a 7 going into my final year! She is by far the best teacher I have met, all I can say is thank you! :)

Only had one lesson and I really enjoyed it learnt so much too

I was really struggling with my English GCSE in year 11, I thought I wasn’t going to pass but with Rachel’s help I managed to! Her teaching methods are great and she’s a very supportive individual, with so much expertise in english I really appreciate her helping me!

Rachel is an incredible tutor and without her my confidence and progress with English would not be the same. Thank you for everything!
