Skills and Experience: I bring a diverse range of experiences to the table. With a commendable tenure in sales and marketing roles, I've consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, achieving over 300% of sales targets month-over-month and holding record customer satisfaction rates. My educational background, a 2:1 in Management with Marketing from the University of Westminster, has equipped me with the theoretical knowledge that complements my practical experiences. Additionally, my involvement in recruiting and mentoring roles has refined my interpersonal skills, enabling me to relate to and guide learners effectively. Teaching Approach: My teaching philosophy is rooted in adaptability and personalisation. Recognising that each student is unique, I employ a blend of theoretical discussions and practical exercises to cater to varied learning styles. For concepts that are challenging, I often draw parallels from real-world scenarios, especially from my own professional experiences, to make them more relatable. Regular assessments and feedback sessions will be integrated to gauge progress and recalibrate teaching methods as necessary. My primary goal is to ensure that students not only understand but can also apply the concepts they learn.
