The things that I have learned throughout my work experience in different place is that to be patient and compassionate with my patients, always respecting the boundaries, dignity and privacy ensure their safety as well as my safety, risk management, the fact that every person is different. The skills that I have developed and improved through my work experiences are communication, listening, time management and organization, social and interactive skills, observing patients, empathy et cetera. My biggest strength is that I can work well under pressure. I enjoy being busy at work and I have a flexible approach. One of the main things that sets me apart from others is that I will always be focused on meeting the core values that are laid down by the trust I am working for.
