I believe psychology is best understood through discussion, real-life examples and active learning rather than simply memorising theories. My lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether that's improving their understanding of key topics, preparing for exams or exploring psychology out of personal interest. I create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Together we'll break down complex concepts into simple, manageable ideas, use examples to bring theories to life, and build confidence through regular practice and feedback. My aim is to make psychology engaging, enjoyable and accessible while helping every student reach their full potential. Having worked in NHS mental health services, I understand the importance of adapting my communication to each individual, and I bring the same approach to my tutoring.
