12 Years as a Business Administration teacher. Universal design learning principles applied - online/blended learning environment

I am a Business Administration teacher with a huge Universal Design approach to teaching possessing several strengths. Inclusivity: Universal Design in education aims to create an inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students. A teacher with this approach understands and values the uniqueness of each learner, ensuring that no student is left behind. I design teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and preferences. As a Business Administration teacher with a Universal Design approach understands that engagement is crucial for effective learning.
