Advert description
I'm passionate about encouraging cautious learners to believe in themselves, building focus, concentration, resilience and self- confidence. Having a positive attitude is just as important in life as academic ability so we will work on growth mindset and developing positive perception of ourselves and our environment. As I’m a fully qualified children’s yoga and meditation teacher too, there will always be some breathwork, some stretching and some mindfulness in our fun and interactive sessions
