I am a yoga teacher of 18 years. I teach authentic yoga and accommodate physical strength and mental relaxation. Self empowerment and discipline. I teach both in person and online classes. I work closely with the mind body connection. I have studied under trip yoga in India and have used my knowledge to help large groups of people to better themselves and their lives. I am am also a qualified yoga therapist so I can look at the person as a whole and direct many aspects of understanding to support.
