I hold a PGCE and have recently completed a Masters in Education 4 and I also have over seven years of teaching experience in schools at various levels. Therefore, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your organisation in this role. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to utilise my expertise in assessment, excellent communication skills, and passion for education and promote the ethos, that no learner should be left behind. In my previous role as a Primary School Teacher I honed my skills in teaching, assessment, and curriculum development focusing on SEND and PE leadership. Over the past two years, I have successfully developed a career at the department of education where I have designed and implemented engaging educational programs, and policy ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction tailored to their individual and varied needs. Throughout my career and professional development I have a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines, adapting to evolving educational technologies, and maintaining a strong customer focus, especially within my role as an associate flexible learning tutor with the learning curve group. My teaching and educational expertise is complemented by a career in assessment and internal quality assurance, enabling me to provide accurate and insightful evaluations. I possess excellent report writing skills, ensuring that feedback is comprehensive and constructive. Moreover, I hold various teaching qualifications, which have equipped me with the necessary pedagogical skills to engage all learners effectively.
