Elite Guitar Tuition: 18+ Years of Mastery & Professional Pedagogy Music and high-level performance are my life’s work. With over 18 years of experience as a guitarist and a teaching career spanning back to 2014, I provide a learning experience that bridges the gap between creative passion and professional-grade technique. Whether you are looking to ace your first Rockschool grade or are aspiring to become a professional musician, my goal is to provide the structured mentorship you need to reach your full potential. Why Study With Me? Proven Results: Since 2014, I have successfully guided students through the Rockschool curriculum and mentored many who have gone on to work as professional musicians. Expert Pedagogy: I currently work within a Secondary School, which keeps me at the forefront of modern educational practices. I don’t just teach songs; I develop bespoke learning resources and effective strategies tailored to how you individually process information. Technique & Artistry: My personal commitment to performing at a very high standard means you will learn the nuances of tone, timing, and stagecraft that only come from nearly two decades of dedicated practice. A Premium Studio Experience I believe the environment is key to progress. I operate from a professional home studio designed to provide a high-end experience regardless of where you are located: Online Learners: Experience crystal-clear, high-definition audio and multiple camera angles. You get the quality of a professional broadcast in the comfort of your own home—no more struggling with laptop microphones. In-Person Learners: Benefit from professional-quality recordings of your playing. We use these recordings to analyse your technique and track your progress. You will even leave the session with a digital copy of your performance to reflect on between lessons. My Teaching Philosophy: Structured, Professional, and Student-Centered With a PostGCE for Young People and Adult Specialists from Newcastle College, my approach to guitar tuition is built on formal educational science. I don’t just "show you how to play"; I use proven pedagogical methods to ensure you understand the why and how behind every note. Your Journey Starts Here From your first chord to advanced fretboard mastery, I provide the tools, the tech, and the professional insight to help you succeed.
