Martin is a team leader and a team player with a great confidence and passionate on teaching and relating with students. If i could have company i will give him a managerial position, he has been my chairperson in our association. I will love to work with him because in his dictionary there is no A "NO" word he is a goal getter. I recommend him for any job, he wont fail you.
