GCSE and A level history specialist offering exam insider knowledge and a down-to-earth teaching style for online lessons

Right, where do I start. I joined Lucy's lessons having a very lacklustre foundation for my upcoming History A-Level exams that were months away, without any support from the schooling system. Lucy not only planned the lessons so that I would be thoroughly prepared for my History exam but also made studying the crusades a thoroughly enjoyable experience. She went above and beyond with her planned and structured lessons, often going beyond what is usually expected from a teacher in ensuring that I have all the content needed to show outstanding forms of knowledge within my History exam. Lucy will literally give you all the resources you need if you need to get an A/A* as long as you follow her advice/homework. Lucy was also mindful and extremely patient with the pace in which I revised at, ensuring difficult periods of history were especially honed in. I got my results this morning, getting one mark off an A*, having such a strong grade would have been impossible without her support.

Big thanks for Lucy's effort in tutoring my daughter. My daughter has an interest in history and would like to learn the most of such a subject. She aims high and would love an experienced tutor to guide her and bring her to another level. Lucy is such an intelligent person in knowing what I, as a parent, expect and my 15-year-old daughter able to achieve. Her latest 2000-word essay is already a strong evidence in showing everyone, including herself, the big improvement. Lucy, thanks for being a passionate and diligent tutor in delivering well-structured lesson with devices to engage my daughter. She finds your lessons interesting and definitely on her way moving up to another level.

I've had tutoring with Lucy for over a month and it has truly been so helpful towards my GCSEs I'm currently sitting. I improved greatly with my structuring and also knowledge, which was even better than what I was looking to improve upon. Really cannot recommend Lucy enough. She is super friendly and creates a happy, unstressed environment within her lessons!

My daughter has been having lessons with Lucy since early this year and im so glad we started this. She used to come home from college stressed and overwhelmed by the topic she was studying and wanted to drop it all together, but Lucy has allowed her to continue and have complete understanding, so she does not even have to worry about if she does not understand something in lesson. My daughter is given loads of extension activities which helps boost her productivity and give her even further knowledge. Aswell, as this Lucy has been able to help my daughter with her coursework which is on a completely different topic- and she seems so much happier already with that too. I could not recommend Lucy enough !!!
