My name is Freddy, and I am a life and career coach with over 20 years’ experience working as a mental health professional. I hold a degree in Youth Work and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I now run my own practice supporting students to build confidence, clarity, and direction in their lives and careers. I have extensive training in post-trauma growth and nervous system-informed approaches. This is particularly relevant in educational settings, as unresolved stress and trauma can significantly impact attention, concentration, motivation, and self-belief. My work recognises that students don’t just need strategies, they need to feel psychologically safe enough to think, plan, and take risks. As a coach, I offer a warm, grounded, and practical space where students can reconnect with their strengths, develop confidence, and move forward with greater ease. The skills and tools I share support emotional regulation, clearer decision-making, and a renewed sense of agency, helping students not only cope, but genuinely thrive.
