Excited about learning Psychology? Or maybe too overwhelmed? Offering fun, engaging Psychology classes for up to undergraduate level

Hello you! My name is Alina, I hold an MSc in Mental Health Science and a BSc in Psychology. I am very passionate about Psychology and psychological research as well as teaching others all about it. I have been helping students with studying, reviewing their assignments and providing constructive feedback for over 4 years. My lessons are student-centered and therefore we would first establish your academic goals. We will achieve that by making lessons fun and engaging where you can feel comfortable asking questions and challenging yourself, where critical thinking is applied without any judgement, and psychological concepts are studied from a curious stance. Throughout our journey, you are in control of the pace. As for the teaching method, I believe that everyone has a unique learning style, therefore it’s my job to adapt my teaching approach to meet your needs. So, I will listen, accommodate and help you explore your inner strengths. Ultimately, I am here to guide and help you stretch your wings so you can fly on your own. Outside of teaching, I like to keep up to date with neuroscience research and prepare lay summaries for the general public. I know, it doesn't sound like much fun, but I get a weird pleasure out of doing it. More "normal" interests: I enjoy travelling, exploring new cultures and dancing. Finally, if you'd like to learn in a friendly, positive and creative environment, please contact me and I'll be very excited to help you develop your academic skills and confidence in no time.
