As I have been a student recently, I know that sometimes school can be hard and overwhelming. Sometimes, students do not see they effort paying off and most of the times is due to a problem in organization rather than intellectual ability. I would like to help students not only by teaching them the content, but with trying to motivate them to be more organized and independent.
