Making marketing and social media 'real

I have worked in marketing and communications for over 25 years, and my clients include, the NHS, sectors such as defence, manufacturing, hospitality and security. I specialise in 1-2-1 support for those looking to learn about how we need to tailor marketing to fit our audience and not get distracted by all the new tools that are constantly being made available to us. I have worked in prisons with people who are looking to go self-employed when they get released, as well as the homeless community, as they chase their dreams, aspirations, and the realisation of their projects. In the modern communication world, we tend to adopt personas that we then promote online, when I believe that we should behave online the way we would do offline, hence making marketing and social media 'real'.
