I spent 9 years working in Senior HR roles, and then set up my own HR consultancy as I am passionate about keeping the “H” (HUMAN) in HR and works tirelessly to mentor people to achieve their goals. With clear personal values I am an approachable leader who delights in the success and growth of others. My personal values are P-E-O-P-L-E: Passionate, Empowering, Open, People-Oriented, Loyal and Empathetic. My HR roles have all been strategic with a key focus on organisational design and development, which has included restructures, system reviews, designs and implementation, process improvement and streamlining. Having worked in multiple organisations supporting vulnerable individuals, I believe everyone has the right to be heard, the right to be seen and the right to opportunities.
