Advert description
You don’t become a teacher you want to be on the first day you walk into the classroom. It takes years to understand the dynamics of the classroom according to student psycology. My experience taught me to prepare “lesson plans” a day before and keep student performance record for weekly feedback. It helps students to engage with their progress helping them to improve.
