Qualified primary teacher offering 1:1 tutoring. 10+ years’ experience in a school and tutoring, including Year 6 and SATs prep
Advert description
I am a qualified primary school teacher with 10 years’ whole class teaching experience. I also have experience tutoring 1:1 and small groups both in school and privately. I hold a BA in Music and a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University, with QTS. I have taught all KS2 year groups and am an experienced Year 6 teacher, with a strong track record of preparing pupils for SATs. My teaching approach is tailored to each child’s individual needs, using assessment to identify gaps and target areas for development, while building confidence through positive, supportive relationships. Lessons are engaging, structured, and adapted to suit each learner, typically lasting 30–60 minutes.
