I can teach yoga in an organised manner. With meditation amd sun salutation. Yoga is a great life style routine for all age groups. And it is highly recommended for a stable mental health and flexible body.

I was her student for 5 months. She taught me yoga very well. I felt like she has great knowledge about each asanas, its benefits, indications, contra indications. She clearly describe all these before making us practise asanas. She is one of the good tutors I got in my life.
