My practice began six years ago, and since then, I have continuously deepened my knowledge and training in various disciplines—including Ashtanga, Hatha, Pranayama, and Meditation—across India, London, Bali and Spain.
I have experience teaching in corporate settings, conducting online classes, and leading events that I have organized in both London and Spain.
