With over 18 years of diverse teaching experience in both the private and public sectors, working with students of all ages, I am con ident in my ability to provide high-quality education tailored to individual needs. My background, which includes teaching, headmistress, and director roles, has given me extensive hands-on experience in education management and curriculum development, along with classroom teaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Languages, a high diploma in teaching assistance, CELTA, and TEFL certifications, all of which have allowed me to refine my teaching methods and successfully engage students in learning. My leadership roles also led me to pursue a Chartered Qualification in Management and Leadership, further enhancing my ability to support not only students but also staff in educational settings. In my teaching career, I have cultivated a strong ability to adapt my teaching methods to suit the individual learning styles of each student, helping them achieve their academic goals. I have consistently maintained a student cantered approach, where I focus on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning in my students. Additionally, I am experienced in developing customised lessons.
