I coach them on time blocking and execution strategies to build consistency. Crucially, I draw on my own background to help them reframe limiting beliefs and embrace discipline as a tool for freedom. Phase 3: Accountability and Mindset (The "Resilience" Phase): In subsequent sessions, we review progress against the plan and troubleshoot obstacles. I focus on building resilience and self-awareness, helping them learn from setbacks rather than giving up.
