I would like to offer contor yoga kids

I've had the privilege of being a student in Divya's yoga classes for some time now, and I can't say enough about the positive impact she's had on my yoga journey. Divya is an exceptional yoga teacher, and I'm incredibly grateful for the experience of learning under her guidance. Divya's extensive knowledge and deep understanding of yoga are immediately evident in her teaching. She not only excels in the physical aspects of yoga but also brings a spiritual depth to her classes. Her ability to explain the philosophy behind each pose and connect it to our daily lives is truly enlightening. One of Divya's most outstanding qualities is her ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment in her classes. She makes sure that everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their level of experience. She provides modifications for beginners and challenges for more advanced students, ensuring that every class is accessible and beneficial to all.

Hey there! I just had to share my amazing experience with my prenatal yoga teacher Divyaben. She is truly a gem! Her teaching style is fantastic, and she has great communication skills, making the classes engaging and enjoyable. Her knowledge about prenatal yoga is impressive, and I always feel safe and well-guided during the sessions. If you're looking for a perfect fit for prenatal yoga, I highly recommend her!!!

Very good yoga instructor!

Divyaben Patel is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun.I could feel the pressure points on the first day of my class,I also really like the meditation part & so Well explained,it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose and has helpfully re-positioned me when I’ve over-extended. Highly recommended!”

Divya started with me by going back to basics in Yoga and this helped me improve my posture and this in turn has led to increased flexibility in all areas, something that had stalled before. Diva is professional and very knowledgeable and always helps me achieve my best.

I have recently started my yoga journey with her and I'm feeling better and more flexible than before. She teaches so well and it's always fun getting trained with her. She is so kind and friendly.
