I do both private individual and group online and in person my classes vary mindfully I deliver on individual needs. I always give traditional yoga knowledge so they feel comfortable with me and well balanced. My students always feels engaged .energetic ,relaxed,revived,revitalised and confident in short time because I make them feel very important in my classes.
