I get tremendous satisfaction from seeing others develop their understanding and confidence through my guidance. Though I have no formal teaching qualifications or experiance, I do have three children (including two teenagers). We do homework club every night and they love it. As do I! I am also a manager at work in Tourist business so communication, both within the job, and with external partners is very important.
