I do my 1-1 class based on your wish and needs. My goal is to create a safespace together and feel a sense of calm after the class. My biggest aim is to let people feel less stressed and at the same time getting in tune with body and mind. My singing is also a big part in the final relaxing part, it really gives that calm energy setting.
