Theology and Religious Studies tutor for GCSE, A-Level and university students, MA (Distinction) in Religion, Politics and Society

I am a dedicated and engaging Theology and Religious Studies tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I hold an MA in Religion, Politics and Society (Distinction) and a First Class BA in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics from the University of Birmingham, alongside A* grades in both Religious Studies GCSE and A-Level. I support students at GCSE, A-Level, and undergraduate level, helping them to build a clear understanding of key concepts, improve essay writing skills, and develop strong critical thinking. Whether you’re aiming to boost your grades, prepare for exams, or deepen your understanding of topics such as ethics, philosophy, or world religions, I tailor each lesson to your individual needs and goals. My teaching style is supportive, structured, and student-focused. I break down complex ideas into simple, understandable explanations, and guide students in forming well-argued, high-quality responses. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, essay structure, and confidence-building, ensuring students feel prepared and capable. I aim to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. My goal is not only to help you achieve top grades, but also to develop your confidence, clarity, and interest in the subject.
