I teach private and group yoga sessions for people looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and quiet the mind.
Advert description
My lessons are private and fully personalised, built entirely around you. Every practice starts with a conversation, not a pose. We'll spend part of our first session simply talking- about your goals, what's brought you to yoga now, and what you're hoping to learn or feel more of, both in your body and in your mind. Maybe you're looking to build strength and mobility, maybe you're recovering from an injury, maybe you just want space to breathe and slow down. Whatever it is, I want to understand it before we step onto the mat.
From there, I design a practice that meets you exactly where you are, not where a generic class assumes you should be. That might mean blending Vinyasa, Yin, or Pranayama depending on what your body needs that day, adjusting the pace, or spending more time on breathwork if that's what will serve you most. As we continue working together, the practice keeps evolving with you: it grows as your strength, flexibility, and confidence grow, and it shifts when your needs shift.
This isn't about fitting into someone else's idea of what yoga should look like. It's a practice built for you, and it stays that way for as long as we work together.
