Wondering what to do now your studies are over? Not sure how to enter the job market or reach your goal career? Lacking motivation? As a personal performance coach, I can support you with this! No goal is too big or small - its YOUR goal and you are entitled to ACHIEVE!!! Each coaching session will look different for each person, but here is an example of what you can expect. Session 1 - Unpack your goals We delve into what you really want to achieve and why. Motivations and blockers are also explored at this stage. Session 2 - Your values & your goal We look deeper into the goal we have set and make sure it aligns with your TRUE values. Not sure what your values are? We can use some clever tools to find out! Session 3 - Planning your journey Here, we start to plan the route to success, looking at where you are now and what will come in the future. While doing this, we start to uncover the things holding us back, and this is the opportunity to shift your mindset toward success At this stage, you will set your first action! Session 4 - Check in & more planning A retrospective is carried out by you on your first action! How did you do? Did you achieve? We can then readjust if needed, check the goal still works for you, and plan further actions. Session 5 - More check in & planning As Session 4 Session 6+ - Rinse & Repeat As Session 4 & 5 until we reach the goal! This is your journey and you set the pace. We end the coaching course once you have achieved your goal... The sessions will be tailored to your needs and style. Some sessions may require some reflection between sessions, or activities.
