Well there is no better way to learn something than to relate with it. I will talk about things you see in everyday life and link it with the topic so you know why we are making an effort to study it and then make it fun with a pinch of mathematics. Every lecture is a first lecture I point out everything from a basic level so the students don't have to worry about remembering too much. My students tend to remember most of the content just by attending the lectures. If you want the burden of physics gone then I recommend you attend one of my lectures and see the difference yourself.
