Professional Drummer teaching drums to all ages and levels, with a focus on fun and musicianship

An alternative to traditional drum lessons that tend to focus on reading, theory and rudiments - I will instead focus more on helping you craft your own sound, feel, and personality as a drummer. If you're looking for a drum teacher to help you with your grades - I may not the guy for you... If you ARE looking to: - Play better as part of a band - Improve your sound and tone - Develop your groove and feel - Be a great session musician - Learn how to tune your drums - Learn songs quickly ... then this could be just right for you! I specialise in R&B/Soul, Pop, Rock, Hip/Hop, and Funk. Lesson times range from 30 mins to 2 hours. Can be as frequent or infrequent as you like! Graduated with a first class degree from Leeds Conservatoire in Production and Performance. Lessons are for all ages, primarily aimed at beginners and intermediates, but can also be for more advanced players who struggle in live/recording environments or feel like they want to improve at any of the points mentioned above. Thanks!
