Ex private sector senior civil servant. Successful trainer. Mentor. Anyone needing support, structures and confidence.
Advert description
I was a mentor in the Civil Service, especially for BME staff wanting to gain promotion. I now train groups where feedback calls me engaging. But I most enjoy seeing progress 1:1 , where virtual teaching can make it a lot less scary.
