Advert description
To ensure that my students trust me and feel comfortable in our learning environment, I will start by building a rapport with them. This involves actively listening to their concerns, understanding their goals, and empathising with their challenges. I will also communicate clearly and positively, reinforcing that their success is not just a priority but the most important aspect of our learning journey.
