With over 12 years of experience as a piano teacher and more than 25 years of playing, music has been a lifelong practice for me. I also completed formal study towards a Bachelor’s degree in music, which deepened my understanding of theory, technique, and musical expression. My approach to teaching music is calm, supportive, and intuitive - especially suited to beginners or those returning to piano later in life. Rather than focusing on pressure or perfection, I guide students to connect with the music, build confidence, and enjoy the learning process.
