Personalised 11+ Tutoring for Confident Exam Success

I am a dedicated and high-achieving tutor with a first-class degree in Biomedical Science, offering personalised tutoring for GCSE Biology and 11+ students. My goal is to help students not only achieve top grades, but also develop confidence, independence, and a genuine understanding of what they are learning. I specialise in breaking down complex topics into clear, simple explanations, making even the most challenging concepts accessible. For GCSE Biology, I focus heavily on exam technique, ensuring students understand how to answer questions effectively and maximise marks. For 11+ students, I build strong foundations in problem-solving, reasoning, and time management—key skills needed for success in selective exams. Each lesson is tailored to the individual student. I assess their current level, identify areas for improvement, and create a structured plan to track progress over time. My sessions are interactive and engaging, using practice questions, visual aids, and real-life examples to reinforce learning and keep students motivated. I provide regular feedback so students and parents can clearly see improvement, and I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences. Whether a student needs support catching up, preparing for exams, or aiming for top grades, I am committed to helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.
