Personalised, engaging Mandarin lessons from a certified Chinese teacher and UCL graduate

Hello! My name is Yuan, and I am a qualified Chinese language teacher currently teaching at a Chinese school in London. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, a Master's degree in TESOL from University College London (UCL), and the CTCSOL Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. In addition, I hold Chinese national teaching qualifications in both Chinese Language and English at secondary school level. My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults of all levels. Whether you are learning Chinese for everyday communication, HSK preparation, travel, work, or cultural interest, I will design personalised lessons to help you achieve your goals. I believe language learning should be practical, enjoyable, and confidence-building. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and interactive, creating a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable speaking and making progress. I look forward to helping you on your Chinese learning journey!
