I have 12 years experience working as a Personal Trainer on the gym floor and 4 years experience working with clients remotely.
After an initial consultation where we establish what you are looking to achieve and how best I can help you, I will put together a program tailored for you. This is sent over via an app whereby you will receive session-by-session feedback. Check-ins are conducted via zoom where we can track progress, discuss any issues and implement appropriate action.
